AI systems and automation

AI that takes work off your desk.

Most AI you read about is a demo. The useful version is duller and far more valuable: the quoting, booking, chasing and inbox triage that eats your week, handed to something that does it at 9pm on a Sunday without being asked. We build that around how your business already runs, not the other way round.

  • Two to four weeks
  • Fixed-price quotes
  • Runs on your tools

What's included

What we actually build.

Not a chatbot bolted to your homepage. Systems that do a specific job you can point at.

Agents that answer like you would

Trained on your business — your prices, your hours, your service area — so it answers the questions you get twenty times a week and passes on the ones you should handle yourself.

  • Trained on your own content
  • Qualifies before it books
  • Hands over cleanly to a human

Bookings that run themselves

Enquiry to confirmed booking without anyone opening a calendar. Reminders go out, deposits are held, and no-shows stop being your problem.

  • Two-way calendar sync
  • Automatic reminders
  • Deposits and cancellations

Quotes and invoices, chased for you

Quotes drafted from a template, sent while the job is fresh, and followed up on a schedule. The unpaid invoice nobody remembered to chase stops happening.

  • Drafted and sent automatically
  • Reminders at set intervals
  • Straight into your accounting

Connected to what you already use

We build onto your existing tools rather than asking you to migrate. If it works today, it keeps working — with less of it done by hand.

  • Email, calendar and accounting
  • Your existing CRM
  • No forced migration

How pricing works

Priced per system and fixed before we start, the same as our website work. You see the number before anyone begins, and it doesn't move once agreed.

What moves the number

  • How many steps the process has, end to end
  • How many of your existing tools it has to touch
  • How much of your own content it needs to learn
  • Monitoring and tuning afterwards is separate, and optional

See it on your own business first

Before committing, we'll show you the one process worth automating first and what it would look like running — using your business, not a demo account.

  • We find the job that wastes the most time
  • You see how it would work before you pay
  • If nothing is worth automating, we'll say so
  • No obligation either way

Process

Four stages. No surprises.

You will always know which stage the project is at, what happens next, and what it costs. This is how every engagement runs.

  1. 01Week 1

    Discovery

An initial consultation, followed by a written scope. We establish what will genuinely move the business forward, and agree what we're deliberately leaving out.

  2. 02Week 1–2

    Design

You review real screens rather than wireframes. We refine the design and the copy together until the result reflects your business rather than a template.

  3. 03Week 2–3

    Build

Hand-written code, with a live staging link from the first day. You follow progress and give feedback throughout, rather than only at handover.

  4. 04Week 4

    Launch

We handle DNS, hosting, analytics and search configuration. You receive a full walkthrough, complete ownership of the work, and a direct line for support.

Before you ask

The three things people say first.

  • AI sounds like overkill for a business my size.

It usually is, when it's sold as a platform. We start from one job that wastes your time each week and automate that. If there isn't one worth doing, we'll tell you so on the call.

  • I don't want a robot talking to my customers.

Fair, and you decide how far it goes. Plenty of clients have it answer straightforward questions and hand anything else straight to a person. It never pretends to be one of you.

  • What happens when it gets something wrong?

It's built with limits — it works from your content, and anything outside that goes to you rather than being invented. You see every conversation, and we tune it during the first weeks.

FAQ

The questions we're asked first.

The practical ones, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, ask us directly — we'll give you the same straight answer.

What if the scope changes mid-project?

Small adjustments within the agreed scope are part of the build and cost nothing extra. If something genuinely new comes up, we price it separately and you approve it before we begin. Nothing is added to the final invoice without you having seen it first.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Every project includes a support period after launch covering anything that isn't working as agreed. After that you can take a monthly retainer for changes and monitoring, or simply contact us as needed — there's no requirement to commit to either.

What happens if the timeline slips?

We tell you as soon as we know, with a revised date and the reason. Delays are most often caused by content or feedback arriving later than planned, so we agree those dates at the start. The fixed price doesn't change because the work took us longer than expected.

Can you work with an existing brand or design system?

Yes, and we'd prefer it. If you have brand guidelines, a component library or an established design system, we build to it. If you have a logo and little else, we can extend that into something more complete as part of the project.
